In my last post, I directed everyone to a blog I wrote about how irritated I was with one of the McDonald's in my area. Since then, I've received a phone call, an email & a letter apologizing. This franchise owner sent someone around to all the McDonald's they own to make sure the registers were calibrated correctly. They also sent me coupons & not the normal "buy something, get something free" ones. They were actually coupons for free stuff. We'll see if I use them.
So Customer Service was wonderful & no hard feelings. Maybe I'll go back to that one if I'm at the location.
